Role Overview:
The Managing Director provides overall strategic leadership of the platform while defining and executing the firms investment thesis and capital architecture. The Managing Director acts as both strategic leader and chief architect of the firms capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the firms strategic direction and growth initiatives
- Define and evolve the investment and asset allocation framework
- Design portfolio structures balancing stability and expansion capital
- Oversee capital deployment and risk-return optimization
- Represent the firm with investors and lead capital raising efforts
- Operating through a lean structure supported by specialized external partners
Qualifications:
- Senior executive experience in investments, asset management, or structured finance
- Proven expertise in portfolio construction and capital structuring
- Strong track record in investor relations and capital raising
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership presence
Compensation: $100,000.00 per year
