Our client is a fast-growing, litigation-focused firm with 80 attorneys and a strategic plan to expand to 120. The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, mid-market businesses, and high-net-worth clients in:
- Complex litigation
- Employment law
- Trust & estates disputes
- Insurance recovery (policyholder-side only)

The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Partner in Denver to:
- Lead sophisticated litigation matters across industries.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $264K–$495K depending on book ($800K–$1.5M+).

Collections: 33%+ share, with monthly payouts (no year-end surprises).

Typical Total Comp: $530K–$990K+, with higher potential above $1.5M.
