The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to join the Newark office and lead high-stakes matters while bringing and expanding a significant portable book of business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead complex litigation across industries, with full control of your client relationships.

Leverage and grow an existing portable book of $800K+ in annual collections.
- Expand your client base by collaborating with partners in complementary practices.
- Drive client success through effective case strategy, team leadership, and direct involvement.
- Contribute to firm growth by mentoring associates and participating in business development initiatives.
Qualifications

Minimum $800K portable book of business with hourly billing revenue.
- Proven success in complex litigation matters (excluding insurance defense).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of client development and expansion.
- JD degree and active bar admission in NJ (NY admission preferred).
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $264,000 – $495,000 (based on book size $800K – $1.5M+)

Origination & Collection Credit: 33%+ of collections, with monthly bonus payouts

Typical Total Annual Compensation: $530,000 – $990,000+ (higher for books above $1.5M)
