Key Responsibilities:
The client offers land surveying, civil engineering, and materials testing services. Based in Bridgeport, Connecticut, it combines four specialized companies for a one-stop consulting experience. Using advanced technology, they deliver precise and efficient solutions for public and private projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, including "soup to nuts" project delivery.
- Develop structural designs for steel, wood, and other materials in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform site assessments, load calculations, and design structural systems using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with other engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design tools.
- Experience designing with steel and wood materials.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
