Our client is a well-known seafood processor and distributor in New Jersey. They work with high-quality seafood products and are growing fast. They're looking for motivated people to join their team.

Position: Fish Cutter / Seafood Butcher (2nd Shift)
Location: New Jersey
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
Training provided – No certification required
English not required – Basic understanding is OK

Job Duties:

  • Cut and fillet different kinds of fish with care and precision

  • Minimize waste and follow safety and quality rules

  • Keep your workstation and tools clean at all times

  • Report any issues with machines or fish quality

  • Follow all food safety rules and company procedures

  • Clean your work area at the end of the shift

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience with knives or fish cutting (helpful but not required)

  • Ability to work fast and follow instructions

  • Able to stand for long periods and do the same task repeatedly

  • Comfortable working in a cold environment (around 35°F)

  • Positive attitude and team spirit

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or similar (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in food processing or similar work (preferred)

  • Basic English is helpful, but not required. Spanish-speaking team is available.
