Position: Fish Cutter / Seafood Butcher (2nd Shift)
Location: New Jersey
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
Training provided – No certification required
English not required – Basic understanding is OK

Job Duties:
- Cut and fillet different kinds of fish with care and precision
- Minimize waste and follow safety and quality rules
- Keep your workstation and tools clean at all times
- Report any issues with machines or fish quality
- Follow all food safety rules and company procedures
- Clean your work area at the end of the shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience with knives or fish cutting (helpful but not required)
- Ability to work fast and follow instructions
- Able to stand for long periods and do the same task repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (around 35°F)
- Positive attitude and team spirit
Requirements:
- High school diploma or similar (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in food processing or similar work (preferred)
- Basic English is helpful, but not required. Spanish-speaking team is available.
