We are hiring an HVAC Maintenance Associate to support our growing warehouse operations.
About the role:
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical, electrical, and climate-control systems within our warehouse facilities. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as other building-related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical, electrical, and climate-control systems within our warehouse facilities. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as other building-related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Start, operate, repair, and maintain heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and other building-related systems.
- Perform major repairs and replacements of mechanical plant equipment.
- Install, repair, and calibrate pneumatic and/or electric controls for temperature and humidity regulation.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment/systems per company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Interpret and execute work order requests, operating instructions, diagrams, building plans, and mechanical drawings.
- Climb ladders, work at heights, and lift/move items up to 100 lbs.
- Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Two (2) year associate degree or equivalent certification from a technical or vocational school in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, or heating plant operations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical work, and heating plant maintenance.
- Must possess and maintain a valid refrigeration license, in accordance with local laws and ordinances.
- Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
