Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, printing presses, and auxiliary equipment.
Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.
Work with PLCs, control systems, and motor drives to maintain automation efficiency.
Install, wire, and test electrical components such as motors, sensors, relays, and circuit breakers.
Ensure all electrical and mechanical work complies with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards.
Work closely with production teams, engineers, and vendors to optimize machine performance and reduce operational disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and part replacements using CMMS or maintenance logs.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or a similar role in a manufacturing/printing environment.
Experience working with high-speed printing presses (offset, digital, flexographic) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (480V, 3-phase, low voltage controls, VFDs, and PLCs).
Proficiency in troubleshooting motors, drives, and automated machinery.
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Basic PLC programming and troubleshooting experience preferred (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
Electrical or Industrial Maintenance Certification (Preferred but not Required)
OSHA 10/30 Certification (Preferred but not Required)
Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with teams.
