We are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager / Head of Ecosystem to lead and structure our operations in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role will be fundamental in executing strategic projects, ensuring smooth processes, and maintaining excellent communication between teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact, facilitating decision-making and ensuring efficient execution.
- Lead team structuring and daily operations, assisting in workflow definition and strategic talent recruitment.
- Oversee and ensure the advancement of key partnerships with major companies.
- Support client retention in post-sale operations, ensuring high satisfaction levels and continuous revenue growth.
- Provide insights on team scalability, ensuring the hiring of the right professionals for each growth phase.
- Structure and optimize processes to bring operational efficiency to a multi-project environment.
Desired Profile:
- At least 5+ proven experience in team leadership in high-growth, multi-project environments.
- Background in AI, digital transformation, and enterprise sales.
- Expertise in managing high-value client relationships and post-sale execution.
- Ability to structure and bring efficiency to complex operations, ensuring scalability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexibility in work schedule to adapt to business needs and global coverage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with business ecosystems and strategic business development.
- Proven track record of success in implementing efficient and scalable operations.
- Ability to lead and develop sales and client success teams to drive growth and retention.
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
