Registered Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join a dynamic healthcare team in Bronx, NY. If you're a skilled nurse with a passion for leadership and quality patient care, this opportunity might be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
- Develop and implement employee policies and procedures.
- Mentor and guide less experienced nursing staff with clinical and career advice.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of care within the unit.
- Review patient records and ensure quality of care.
- Monitor overall patient care and address individual cases as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for resident and family concerns.
- Represent unit interests and needs to upper management.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NY.
- 3+ years of experience in long-term care (preferred).
- 2+ years of charge nurse or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Proficient with computer systems and healthcare software.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
