Responsibilities
- Legal Counsel & Representation: Provide expert legal guidance and representation in areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements.
- Case Preparation: Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare compelling legal arguments.
- Court Appearances: Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations, advocating effectively for clients' rights and interests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases smoothly and ensure timely resolution.
- Client Communication: Engage empathetically and professionally with clients, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Legal Updates: Stay current with developments in family law, including statutory changes and new legal precedents, to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, focusing on complex cases, with extensive courtroom experience.

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
