This position is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance team and ensuring compliance with AS9100, FAA Part 21 (type, production, and airworthiness.), FAA Part 145 (Repair Station Operators), and customer-specific standards. You will assist the Director of Quality Assurance, coordinate audits, manage corrective measures, and collaborate with suppliers to uphold stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Quality Assurance department, ensuring alignment with AS9100 regulations.
- Drive process improvements, conduct audits, and handle corrective action initiatives.
- Track internal performance metrics and customer scorecards.
- Oversee the calibration of inspection tools and manage the department's quality systems.
- Work directly with customer quality representatives and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with FAA and EASA repair station regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of AS9100, FAA and EASA regulations, and various inspection tools.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical abilities.
Other Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent residency.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Must pass Drug & Alcohol TEST.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
